The picture above shows an archway for a driveway I saw when I was in the UK/Ireland. I don’t remember where exactly I was when I saw this, but every single time I see it now, I feel like I’m about to start a new journey. I’ve created these posts to take readers on a journey away from the harsh realities we face in our everyday lives.
We live in a hurting and broken world. No matter which direction we look, there is always something going wrong.
These past few years have been encapsulated the saying, “If it can go wrong, it will go wrong.” It’s hard to grab on to hope when everything around us seems to be broken and just plain wrong.
It’s my aim to breathe a little hope back into the world, especially for our teens and tweens who are already dealing with so much.
I hope that even if you’re not quite sure about what I’m saying, that you’ll give me a chance!
Talk to me! 😊
Though you can still access these posts in the archive, I will be taking a break from these posts for a while.
My faith in God is the center of my life. It’s honestly how I keep hope when the world feels so dark.
If you’re unfamiliar with Bible devotionals, they’re simply a verse or passage from the Bible followed by my thoughts on the passage and/or how God has touched my life through those words.
Sometimes, my Weekend Whispers will parallel my Hope posts, tying in a Biblical truth with what I shared in the original Hope post. But that won’t always be the case.
